The room with the number on the door is the one that gets rebooked.
Your guests already feel the difference between your rooms. They just can't name it, and they can't see it before they book. Certification gives that feeling a number — and gives you the right to display it.
Two doors, one hallway, identical price. Only one of them can prove anything.
Request a property auditA guest doesn't experience your property. They experience six moments.
We score the ones that touch a body. Every stop below feeds the composite — and every one of them is something you already control.
The front desk
The field a person walks into before they ever reach a room. Staff culture is measurable, and guests read it in the first ninety seconds.
Air, light, sound, water
Electromagnetic load at the headboard. Moisture behind the unit. What comes out of the tap. The things a deep clean never touches.
Eight hours of skin contact
Sheets, mattress construction, pillow fill, and what they're laundered in. The longest single exposure of the entire stay, and the least examined.
Breakfast, minibar, sourcing
The first thing they put in their body under your roof. It decides how the day they associate with your name actually goes.
Lobby, gym, spa, pool
The amenities you paid the most for and score the least. Common areas carry their own numbers and roll into the property composite.
What they tell people
"I slept better there than I do at home" is the review you can't buy. It's also the one that comes from a measurable set of conditions.
"This sounds like wellness marketing."
Fair. Most of it is. So here's what separates this from a logo you buy.
The rubric is published. Every point available and how it's earned is public before you pay anything. Read it, score yourself, and decide whether we're measuring real things.
We don't sell the fix. We score. Licensed practitioners do the corrective work. The people grading you have nothing to gain from your gaps — which is the exact conflict that has hollowed out every ratings body that ignored it.
The score expires and can be revoked. Annual re-audit or the rights lapse. Standards slip, the badge comes down, and we say so publicly. A certification nobody can lose is decoration.
And money never buys the number. Your payment covers the audit and the license. Below 75 you get a report and no badge, however much you spent.
Priced by units, not by square footage.
Every tier scores all four indices. What changes is the number of doors we walk through and how many days we're on site.

You're competing on photos. Compete on something they can't stage.
Every listing in your market has a bright kitchen and a made bed. None of them can tell a guest what the mattress is made of, what the sheets were washed in, or what the air in that bedroom actually holds. You can be the one that does.
A badge in the first photo
Guests scrolling twenty identical listings stop on the one with a number. It's the only differentiator in short-term rental that isn't a filter.
CEI™ on every bed
Bedding is the highest-contact surface in your unit and the cheapest thing to fix. It's usually where the fastest points are won.
Guest education
Certified hosts get materials explaining what the score means. Guests leave knowing something new about their own home — and they remember where they learned it.
Score once, plaque many
Managing eight units? One audit, one composite, per-unit plaques. Per-unit licensing scales down as cleanly as it scales up.
Energy was never the amenity you couldn't prove. It just needed a number.
Request a property auditOWW Certified is an environmental and wellness assessment. It is not a medical, structural, or building-code evaluation, and it does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Scores reflect measured environmental inputs against the published OWW rubric at the time of audit. Display rights require a score of 75 or above and an active annual license.
