You already run the space. Now you can score it.
Certified practitioners do the work OWW doesn't: the audits, the corrections, the follow-through. We hold the standard. You hold the territory.
Apply to certifyPlainly, before anything else: who gets what.
Most certification programs are vague about this until you've already paid. Here it is up front.
- Your audit feesYou set them within the published range and you invoice the client directly.
- All remediation revenueThe corrective work is yours entirely. OWW never bids against you.
- A share of every badge renewalOn properties you bring in, for as long as they stay certified.
- Your client relationshipThey're your account. We don't market past you.
- Directory placementPublic listing by index and region, feeding inbound work to you.
- The rubricWe write it, publish it, and revise it. You apply it.
- The badge and the markDisplay rights are licensed by us, to the property, annually.
- Final say on scoresEvery score is reviewed before a badge issues. Appeals come to us.
- The certification itselfYour credential is renewable and revocable. It's held to the same standard as the properties.
- A royalty on remediationA fixed percentage, disclosed in your agreement. Never the invoice.
Why we don't do the remediation ourselves: a body that both grades a property and sells it the fix has a conflict that eventually destroys the grade. Keeping those separate is what makes your work worth buying — and it's the reason there's a business here for you at all.
Certify for your own space, or for everyone else's.
In-House
You run a hotel, gym, studio, or portfolio, and you want the standard held internally instead of hiring it out every year.
- Score and maintain your own properties
- Prepare for annual re-audit without outside cost
- Train your staff on the protocols
- Independent verification still required before a badge issues
Independent
You consult, coach, design, or clean for a living — and you want a measurable service to sell alongside what you already do.
- Audit and remediate for clients in your region
- Set your own rates within the published range
- Earn on badge renewals you originate
- Listed publicly in the practitioner directory
If you control a scored subject, you're a candidate.
You don't need a wellness background. You need access to the thing being measured and the discipline to measure it the same way every time.

One index, or the whole system.
Every certification includes the training, the exam, your equipment protocol, and a first supervised audit. Renewal is annual and includes rubric updates.

HEI, CEI, FEI, REI, or AIEI
- Full training and exam for one index
- Equipment and protocol guide

Commercial Practitioner
All four property indices · HEI, CEI, FEI, REI

- Badge renewal share on originated accounts
- Priority directory placement
Annual Renewal
Required to hold any certification

The credential is only worth what we're willing to revoke it for.
Score the rubric, not the client
Points are earned or they aren't. A practitioner who inflates a score to keep an account loses the certification.
Disclose every interest
If you'll profit from the remediation you're recommending, the client is told in writing before the audit begins.
Never promise a tier
You may quote a gap. You may not guarantee an outcome. No practitioner sells a number.
Make no health claims
You measure environmental inputs. You do not diagnose, treat, or predict outcomes for any person.
Submit every audit for review
Scores are verified before a badge issues. Independent verification protects you as much as it protects the mark.
Renew or step down
Certifications expire in twelve months. A lapsed practitioner stops using the mark that day.
The standard needs people to carry it. That's the whole job.
Apply to certifyPractitioner certification is a professional credential in environmental and wellness assessment. It is not a medical, structural, or building-code qualification and does not license the holder to practice medicine, engineering, or building inspection. Applications are reviewed; certification is not guaranteed.
