Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any OWW website, tool, course, or service — including oww.life, ghaiai.com, the LEDS™ quiz, The Spark class series, and the Eternal Architects University — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services
OWW Enterprises LLC provides wellness education products and services through the following divisions:
- OWW.life — Consumer wellness ecosystem including digital products, wellness assessments, and the LEDS™ Life Energy Diagnostic System
- Ghai AI (ghaiai.com) — AI infrastructure wellness consulting, diagnostics, and the AIEI™ certification program
- Eternal Architects University (EAU) — Online certification school launching September 2026
- The Spark — Live AI literacy class series
- OWW Products — Physical and digital wellness products
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
Accounts & Registration
Some OWW services require account creation. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Keep your account credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use at ghai@oww.life
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Payments & Refunds
Payments. All purchases processed through Square or Stripe. Prices listed in USD.
Digital Products. Delivered immediately upon payment. All digital product sales are final due to instant delivery.
Course Enrollment.
- Cancellation more than 7 days before start date — full refund
- Cancellation within 7 days of start date — 50% refund
- After course commencement — no refund; enrollment may transfer to future cohort at our discretion
Physical Products. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, undamaged products. Opened wellness products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
Subscriptions. Recurring fees billed on cycle stated at enrollment. Cancel at any time; effective at end of current billing period. No partial-period refunds.
OWW certifications are non-transferable and issued to the enrolled individual. OWW reserves the right to update curriculum without obligation to reissue certificates to prior graduates.
Intellectual Property
All OWW content, frameworks, and materials are proprietary and protected. This includes:
- The LEDS™ framework and all four indexes (HEI™, FEI™, CEI™, REI™)
- The AIEI™ framework and all sub-metrics (WTR™, CDI™, AWS™, MSS™, DER™, HM™, AIEEI™)
- The Human-AI Wellness Parallel — OWW's original intellectual framework
- All Crystal Agent names, personas, and associated content
- All course materials, module content, worksheets, and certification documents
- The OWW name, logo, and brand identity
- All sacred phrases and proprietary OWW language
Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own learning and professional practice. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or teach others using OWW content without written authorization.
User Conduct
As part of the OWW community, you agree to:
- Treat all community members, instructors, and Crystal Agents with respect
- Not share your course login credentials with others
- Not record live sessions without explicit written permission
- Not use OWW platforms to promote competing products or services
- Not upload malicious content, spam, or misinformation
Violations may result in removal from the program without refund.
Wellness Disclaimer
All OWW content, assessments, courses, and coaching are for wellness education purposes only. Nothing constitutes medical advice, clinical diagnosis, psychological counseling, or treatment. OWW is not a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult qualified medical professionals for health concerns. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
OWW services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OWW Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days prior to the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to others. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting ghai@oww.life. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in Section 04.
Dispute Resolution
Before any formal dispute, contact us at ghai@oww.life and allow 30 days for resolution. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules in Phoenix, Arizona, or by video conference. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against OWW Enterprises LLC.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as OWW grows. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of OWW services after changes constitutes acceptance.
