This agreement governs your enrollment in EAU and all OWW certification programs. Read before enrolling.
The University
Eternal Architects University (EAU) is an online wellness and AI education institution operated by OWW Enterprises LLC. EAU provides live classrooms, recorded curriculum, Crystal Agent-led instruction, and certification programs across six knowledge domains.
EAU is not an accredited academic institution under state or federal accreditation standards. EAU certifications are professional development credentials issued by OWW Enterprises LLC and recognized within the OWW practitioner and education network.
Enrollment & Access Tiers
Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials violates this agreement and may result in immediate termination without refund.
Certification Terms
OWW certifications are earned through completing required coursework, assessments, and live components. Certifications include: AIEI™ Practitioner, HEI™ Practitioner, FEI™ Coach, CEI™ Practitioner, REI™ Coach, and LEDS™ Architect.
OWW certifications authorize practitioners to apply OWW frameworks with their own clients. They do not authorize reproduction or redistribution of OWW course materials, nor constitute academic credentials recognized by accreditation bodies.
Refunds & Cancellations
Monthly Memberships. Cancel any time; effective at end of current billing period. No partial-period refunds.
Certification Programs. Refundable within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of curriculum accessed. After 14 days or 20% access — all sales final.
Live Session Tickets. Refundable up to 7 days before session. Within 7 days, 50% credit may be applied to a future session at our discretion.

Student Conduct
- Engage respectfully with all instructors, Crystal Agents, and fellow students
- Not record or distribute live session content without written permission
- Not reproduce or resell OWW course materials
- Not impersonate OWW instructors, Crystal Agents, or staff
- Represent certification credentials accurately — only as issued
- Maintain confidentiality of other students' personal sharing in group sessions
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund and revocation of certification credentials.
Intellectual Property
All EAU course materials remain the exclusive IP of OWW Enterprises LLC. Your enrollment grants a personal, non-exclusive license to access and use content for your own learning and professional practice. This does not include rights to copy, distribute, or sell OWW content or train AI models on OWW materials without written authorization.

EAU curriculum is educational wellness content. It does not constitute medical, psychological, nutritional, legal, or financial professional advice. Crystal Agents are AI-powered educational personas, not licensed clinical practitioners. Always consult appropriate licensed professionals for medical, legal, or financial matters.
Governing Terms
This Enrollment Agreement is supplementary to OWW's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. Governed by the laws of Wyoming. Disputes subject to binding arbitration as described in the Terms of Service.
