You don't need more.
You need less.
Thirty days of taking things away. Not another program that hands you ten new habits on top of a life already running at capacity — a guided subtraction of what is quietly draining you.
Full refund through the end of Day 3
Most people are not running on empty because something is missing. They are running on empty because something is leaking.
You already know this. You have bought the supplement, downloaded the app, started the routine. Addition is easy to sell and hard to sustain, because it asks a tired person to carry one more thing.
Subtraction works the other way. Find the leak. Close it. The energy that comes back was always yours.
SUBTRACT30 runs that process across the four environments you actually live inside — your food, your home, your relationships, and what you put on your body. We measure where you start, we subtract one arm per week, and we measure again.
One arm per week. Nothing added.
Each week opens with a live session, runs on daily prompts you can do in under fifteen minutes, and closes with a check-in. Miss one live and you watch the replay. This is built for people with real lives.
Food
We do not fast and we do not restrict. We find the things on your plate that cost you more energy than they return, and we take those out first.
Home
Air, light, sound, sleep architecture. The room you spend eight unconscious hours in is either rebuilding you or working against you. We find out which.
Relationships
The hardest week and the one people write to me about afterward. Which connections return energy, which ones only take, and what you are allowed to put down.
Clothing
What sits against your skin all day, every day, and what it is made of. The most overlooked arm, and often the fastest win.
The whole system, not a PDF.
- Your baseline LEDS™ score. Day 0 is a number. Day 30 is a different number. That gap is the point.
- Four live sessions. One per arm, with me. Recorded, so missing one costs you nothing.
- Daily prompts. Under fifteen minutes. Designed for a full life, not an empty calendar.
- Your cohort classroom inside EAU. Eternal Architects University on Skool — live links, replays, workbook, and the people walking it with you.
- A room that holds. What members share stays in the cohort. That is not a policy line, it is the condition that makes week three possible.
- Your Day 30 reassessment. You leave with proof, not a feeling.
December cohort
Cohorts are capped so the room stays a room. When it fills, it closes and the next one opens in January.

Who this is not for
If you want a meal plan, this is not it. If you want someone to tell you exactly what to eat and when, this is not it either.
SUBTRACT30 asks you to look honestly at four areas of your life and remove what is costing you. Week three asks you to look at people. Some of that is uncomfortable, and I am not going to pretend otherwise.
If you are ready to be told the truth and do something with it, you are family here. If you want comfort, there are gentler programs and I would rather you find one.
