OWW Certified Space · Workplaces

Everyone knows which conference room kills the meeting.

Nobody books the one at the end of the hall twice. People say it's stuffy, or the light is bad, or they just don't like it. They're describing measurements nobody has taken.

Room-level scoring turns a vague complaint into a work order.

Where the score comes from

Eight hours a day, two hundred days a year.

More waking hours than most people spend in their own bedrooms. We score what those hours are made of.

HEI™The air

CO₂ and ventilation

Concentration falls measurably as CO₂ rises, and a closed conference room reaches those levels in under an hour. This is the single most actionable finding in most office audits.

HEI™The light

Daylight, spectrum, flicker

Who sits near a window and who doesn't. Fixture quality above desks where people read screens for eight hours.

HEI™The load

EMF, sound, and materials

Field readings at seated positions, ambient noise floor across the open plan, and off-gassing from new furniture and finishes.

CEI™The surfaces

Seating, carpet, uniforms

What a body contacts all day. In clinical suites this extends to scrubs, gowns, and treatment linens.

FEI™The kitchen

What you stock

Snacks, coffee, catered lunches, and drinking water. The 3pm crash is often an input problem, not a scheduling one.

REI™The team

The field between people

Break environment, whether the team has a real channel to raise problems, and observed interaction. Assessed through structured staff conversations, never management self-report.

What it does for the business

The building is the second-largest line after payroll.

Return to office

A reason to come in

Asking people to leave home requires the office to be better than home at something. A measured environment is an argument. Free snacks are not.

Coworking

Fill the desks

Every coworking space in your city has fast wifi and good coffee. One of them has a published score at the door.

Clinical

Patients notice

A waiting room is where anxiety compounds. Practices that score their space are making a visible claim about the care inside it.

Leasing

A landlord's differentiator

Certified floors are a leasing asset. Tenants comparing two identical buildings now have a number to compare instead of a finish package.

Pricing

Priced per location, not per headcount.

Read the rubric

OWW Certified is an environmental and wellness assessment. It is not a medical, structural, or building-code evaluation, and it does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Scores reflect measured environmental inputs against the published OWW rubric at the time of audit. Display rights require a score of 75 or above and an active annual license.
