Organic World Wellness is operated by OWW Enterprises LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Our primary website is oww.life. We also operate ghaiai.com (AI infrastructure wellness) and the Eternal Architects University launching September 2026.

What We Collect
We collect only what we need to serve you:
- Contact information — Name and email when you subscribe, take a quiz, book a call, or enroll in a course.
- Quiz and assessment responses — Answers you provide in the LEDS™ Life Energy Diagnostic Quiz or any OWW wellness tool. These are wellness education responses, not medical records.
- Payment information — Processed by Square or Stripe. We never store your card number, CVV, or banking credentials.
- Communications — Emails or messages you send us directly.
- Usage data — Pages visited, time on page, device type, and general geographic region via analytics tools.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, medical records, clinical health data, or protected health information (PHI). OWW is a wellness education company, not a healthcare provider.
How We Use Your Information
- Deliver the products, courses, and services you purchased or requested
- Send your LEDS™ quiz results and wellness score report
- Send educational email content via our newsletter
- Process payments and send receipts
- Book and confirm discovery calls and consultations
- Communicate about Eternal Architects University enrollment

We do not use your data to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations:
- Beehiiv — Email newsletter platform. Stores name and email for newsletter delivery.
- Square / Stripe — Payment processing.
- Squarespace — Website hosting and page delivery.
- Vercel / Supabase — Technology infrastructure for interactive tools.
- Acuity Scheduling — Appointment booking.
- Analytics tools — Anonymized usage data to improve site performance.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of OWW, our users, or the public.
Cookies & Tracking
- Essential cookies — Required for the site to function. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — Help us understand how visitors use the site. Data is aggregated and anonymized.

Email Communications
When you provide your email through a quiz, form, or purchase, you may be added to the OWW newsletter via Beehiiv. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.
Transactional emails (receipts, booking confirmations, course access) are sent regardless of newsletter preference — they are necessary to fulfill your purchase or appointment.
Your Rights
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — Request that we delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection — Object to certain types of processing, including marketing.
- Withdrawal of consent — If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
California residents have additional rights under CCPA, including the right to know what is collected, opt out of sale (we don't sell data), and non-discrimination for exercising rights.

Data Retention
- Email newsletter subscribers — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Purchase records — retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
- Quiz/assessment responses — retained up to 2 years to enable re-assessment
- Booking and consultation records — retained for 3 years
Security
- HTTPS encryption across all OWW web properties
- Payment data handled exclusively by PCI-compliant processors (Square, Stripe)
- Access to systems limited to authorized personnel only
- Infrastructure hosted on platforms with independent SOC 2 certifications (Vercel, Supabase)
No method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we protect your data with industry-standard practices.
Minors
OWW services, including Eternal Architects University, are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, contact us at ghai@oww.life and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of OWW services after changes constitutes acceptance.
